HOW TO BOOK TICKETS
The Box Office is open Tuesday to Saturday 11am - 5pm and Sunday, one hour prior to performance.
On performance evenings and Sundays, the Box Office closes 15 minutes after the start time.
You can book in person, over the phone (020 8553 4466) or online.
Club Members, Schools and Groups over 20 can reserve seats without payment for five working days,
or up to 30 minutes before curtain up, whichever is the sooner. If unpaid, they will be released for resale.
When you book we will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address.
In return, we will be able to inform you of any major changes to your performance and the details of future events.
Please check the information page for each show for individual prices. Not all discounts are available online.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, cheques and Theatre Tokens.
(Sorry, Theatre Tokens can't be redeemed online and we can't accept American Express Cards.)
We can post tickets to you (within the UK) for a charge of £1 or you can collect them from the Box Office.
Unless a performance is cancelled, once payment has been received we are unable to exchange or refund.
If a performance is sold out, we can endeavour to sell any returned tickets to the waiting list for that specific performance only.
A re-sale will incur a charge of a £1 administration fee per ticket. We cannot guarantee re-sales.
For certain shows, children under three are welcome for a small fee and may share a seat with you. Unless a performance is expressly stated to permit entry to children under the age of four, children under the age of four are not permitted to enter the auditoriums but are welcome in the foyers.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which will be designated
at the discretion of the Front of House staff. Some performances will have a no latecomers policy.
(Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions.)
Some shows may contain strobe lighting or smoke effects. Please ask at the Box Office for more information.
